Care & Use Instructions

Remove all labels, hand wash in hot soapy water, rinse and towel dry immediately.

Cast iron cookware provides unparalleled heat retention.

For best results, use medium-high heat.

If the cookware is scratched and the pre-seasoned layer is removed, it must be seasoned again.

Cleaning

Cleaning

Hand Wash Safe Only.

To clean, wash with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and dry immediately.

Do not soak cast iron.

Do not allow to air dry. Towel dry immediately after each wash.

Going for an extended period of time without cleaning may result in accumulation of dust, forming grime that is hard to wipe off later.

To remove hard grime, rub with abrasive sponge/plastic scrubbing pad, then re-season (follow re-seasoning instruction detailed below).

Per-Seasoning Instruction

For Best Cooking Results

1. Allow the pans to heat gradually and thoroughly, for even cooking. Once the pans are hot almost all cooking can be continued on lower settings.

2. High heat should only be used for boiling water or for reducing the consistencies of sauces and stocks. If the cookware is overheated, it may contribute to poor cooking results.

3. Do not heat any empty pan or allow a pan to boil dry. Either may cause permanent damage to the cookware.

4. Never place the cookware on unprotected surface when hot.

Handles will get hot when in use. Always wear oven mitts, gloves, or other protective hand coverings when handling. Keep away from children. Do not leave unattended. Place on flat heat safe surface away from the edge.
